• Your move-in date is either June 1, June 3, June 5, or
June 7. Please check your lease for your move-in
date. We will make every attempt to deliver to
you a clean and secure house by this date. If there is any reason
this will be delayed, we will contact you and pro-rate the rent
accordingly. We cannot accommodate an earlier move in date; please
• June rent is due prior to moving in, but no later
than your move-in date. Each tenant must pay their share
of the rent before ANYONE can move into the property. A
late fee of $25 will be applied to each person who has not paid
their rent by the 5th of June ( if you have a move in date of June
7th, a $25 late will be applied on all unpaid accounts as of June
8th) and no one can move-in to the property until ALL the rent is
• After June, the rent is always due on the 1st of each month and
late if not paid by the 5th. The late fee is $25.00/per person.
Returned check fees are $25.00 for the first one and $35.00 for
each additional one. You can mail your checks or drop them off at
either location. You can also pay your rent online thru the
Resident Portal system found on our website. To access the
Resident Portal system you will need to use the email and password
you used when completing your application.
• Pick up your keys, pay any rent not yet paid, and pickup your
move in packet at our office location on your move-in date,
between 9AM – 4:00 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: The first person to pick up the keys is responsible
for ALL THE KEYS. Once the keys are given to one of the tenants the
property is now in your possession. If you are moving in on a
different date, contact us to make arrangements to get your key and

days after move-in, you must return the list to note conditions in
your unit that are present prior to move-in. If the check in sheets
are not received, the unit will be considered in good condition. It
will also include home maintenance tips, recycle guidelines, trash
